RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN

The recruitment campaign for Google, aimed at building brand awareness among students. Brand ambassadors were sought, whose mission was to communicate a positive company image. In order to select the best candidates, a number of online competitions and tests with attractive prizes have been created. The best campaign participants were offered employment.

RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN FOR GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION

We carried out a campaign aimed at recruitment for one of the government administration units at selected universities in Poland; detailed familiarization of students with work in government administration, its goals and methods of operation through a series of thematic events. Campaign was a great success. Huge amount of CVs came in and served as a base for potential candidates.

Campaign duration: 2 weeks

IT-BUS

IT Bus Campaign

Campaign targeted at recruitment companies for IT positions in Germany. A special bus brings a selected group of candidates to the company’s headquarters, where meetings with representatives of HR departments take place. The bus makes several courses, depending on the number of companies entered.

It is a cyclic event, enjoying a great deal of popularity. Every year, events take place in the following cities: Hamburg, Cologne, Nuremberg, Berlin, Munich, Karlsruhe, Darmstadt.

Exemplary range of the campaign: hundred carefully selected students from 6 universities in Hamburg (HAW Hamburg, University Hamburg, TU Hamburg, HS Bremen, University Bremen). Campaign duration: 1 day.

Chillout Zones for students

For one of the leading telecommunications provider, we have prepared a campaign aimed at promoting a new telecommunications service for students and bringing on new customers. In addition, implementation of an ambassador program aimed at building a positive image of the company among students.

Campaign reach: 8 universities in major Polish cities
Duration of the campaign: 1 month – chillout zones, 6 months – ambassador program

PRODUCT ADVERTISING AT UNIVERSITIES

Apple Campaign

Together with Apple, leading colleges and universities in Europe we launched the “Apple on Campus” program. The purpose of this program was to provide students, lecturers and other education sector employees with access to Apple hardware and additional services at very competitive prices.

Campaign coverage: 220 universities in Germany
Campaign duration: 2 months

Actions:

  • Supervision of the universities covered by the “Apple-on-Campus” program throughout the country
  • Project field management: support for contact persons in university data centers, press offices, marketing via landing pages targeted at relevant universities (including in the shipping bulletin)

NEURO MIND RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN

We conducted a recruitment event for the Euro-Cash group at Warsaw universities. The attraction of the event was the opportunity to play NEURO MIND, a game controlled by the power of the mind.
